I am a certified academic and professional coach working in the field of education for over 17 years. I am also a master-level Reiki healer, and am working towards my certification as a Life Coach and Sound Healing Practitioner. I have worked with all ages of students, teachers, and families, from early childhood to adults. Many of those years have included working with families and individuals in crisis, working with them to break generational cycles and patterns of abuse and poverty, overcome individual blocks and challenges, and grow in authentic, rich community.

I have also spent much of my life immersed in music-playing, writing, listening, exploring, all of it. Music is known to impact our full sevles, body, mind, and soul. 

After spending nearly the last two decades working with humans of all ages, and working through the challenges that this existence brings, I decided I wanted to shift my energies and engage the world a little differently.

Gentle Light Coaching is part of my new path forward, bridging the worlds of coaching and music, and creating space for a shared journey of exploration and healing. I'm here to share my healing journey through the gentle touch of sound, light, and thought. I desire to share this road with you through the exploration of the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, the voice, and other instruments, along with the communal sharing of the triumphs, struggles, questions, sorrows, and joys that existence brings us. This is a space for healing and honest, gentle community.
